Tribal Advantage Martial Arts (TAMA)  uses one of the MOST ADVANCED weapons fighting systems in the world - the Filipino Martial Art of Ocho Kantos Kali.  Everything from bladed and blunt force weapons to projectiles and improvised weaponry, the field-tested and battle-hardened techniques that we teach are what will make the difference between survival and failure.  We teach only practical and pragmatic techniques that are quick, straight to the point and effective.  No forms, katas, or point style competitions - just solid, maximum force techniques yet at the same time taking into consideration the legal and ethical consequences of defensive actions. 


In addition, our system is based on creating a solid tribal community.  Our children and adult classes are inclusive of all family members and parents are encouraged to participate and join the class with their children.  This builds a much more cohesive family unit and a bond that becomes stronger as the family members see their role in the 'tribe'. The skills of leadership, teamwork and hard work are instilled in everyone as they work together  to foster a much greater sense of belonging and purpose than almost any other activity.
